(Low-FODMAP, Gluten-free, Vegan)

INGREDIENTS:
½ Quick cooking oatmeal or any type of your choice
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp apple syrup
⅓ cup Fresh or frozen blue berries
¼ cup walnuts
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 cup Water
METHOD:
In a small sauce pan, add water and bring it to a boil, add oatmeal and let it cook for until its soft.
Add cocoa, mix well and turn of the heat.
Let it cool to room temperature, add maple syrup, walnuts, blue berries.
